I have this terrible habit of getting boyfriends and discontinuing these diets/this blog.
But okay, I have had a boyfriend for like nearly 6 months now, and the weight is beginning to show. Well, not really beginning…it’s just here.
I lost a beautiful bit of weight for prom and was kind of happy with my body, but I did go on a ‘end of school holiday’ which made me gain everything and more back.
This time I am 100% sure that I’m fat. Not chubby. Not curvy. But fat. So I’ve decided that dieting should be done again.
I was thinking of taking down the diets of those people on ‘supersize vs superskinny’. And just eating what they eat? Like changing it weekly? I don’t know but it seems like it’s working for them ahaha. Oh, and if you haven’t heard of the show you should totally watch it! It puts you off food sooo much I love it.
Well here goes nothing, going to search their diets and I’ll upload one or two in a tad.
